You will begin your first morning with a guided meditation, followed by a rejuvenating yoga session. After a detox juice, we will continue the spiritual healing in the rainforest using an ancient Japanese practice called Shinrin-yoku or “Forest Bathing.” Our rainforest experience concludes with a magical waterfall swim and a tasty lunch.

Your Bodhi Yoga Health Retreat offers a weekend getaways for those that want an immersive yoga experience. Lead by experienced practitioners, this retreat also offers meditation, laughter yoga, sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls and Shinrin-yoku – forest bathing.

On a typical health retreat day, start your morning with a cup of tea. Then indulge in a yoga practice, enjoy a walk to the nearby waterfall, bath in the rainforest. Then maybe surrender into a sound healing meditation or enjoy deepening your connection to oneself in a guided meditation.
