We offer different types of yoga, each specifically chosen to help your body achieve greater mobility and flexibility. In turn this results in more free flowing energy in your body, helping you to feel more in control of your life.

Our commitment is to give you more than just a physical workout in your yoga classes. We also help you balance and harmonise your body, mind and emotions. With the owners having trained at the home of yoga; Rishikesh, India. We’ve turned an urban space into a place where you can forgot about the outside world and begin to connect with your true self in safe and nurturing environment.

Each yoga class we focus on three key points – asanas (the actual physical postures), pranayama (your breath) and moving meditation (self-reflection). With the focus on helping each of our students deepen the connection to their spiritual self. To look within isn’t always easy, we know from personal experience. By taking the time for your mind and body to connect, you will cultivate a calmness in your life that will improve the quality and longevity as you journey through your day to day existence.

Some of the types of yoga we offer include classic styles like Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. We’ve also included modern yoga classes like power yoga and flow yoga.
