Pilates is renown to increase your strength, mobility and flexibility so we’ve added it our schedule!
Unlike many forms of exercise, Pilates focuses on developing the body as an integrated whole. It focuses on balanced muscle development (lean muscle, not bulk) and supports core strength. Focusing on the breath and balancing the mind, pilates is a great foundation for so many, hence its popularity and accessibility to all levels of fitness and strength.
So whether you’re a beginner or have done Pilates before, we will ensure you feel comfortable and supported at Bodhi.

Our introductory offer makes it easy to trial our Pilates classes, for just $29 you’ll get access to 14 days of unlimited Pilates classes.

New to Pilates?
If you’ve never done Pilates before, or would like a refresher of some of the basics, we will be holding a weekly Saturday Intro to Pilates class.
This is perfect place to start and our instructor will go over the basics required to ensure your Pilates form is on target!
We use beautiful mats in our studio and recommend you either bring your own quality mat or simply hire one of ours! They are just $1 🙂
Getting to Bodhi
If possible, we do recommend walking or riding a bike to Bodhi. Traffic and parking in the Milton area can be quite busy at peak times, plus it’s a great way to warm up and prepare for your class!
