Deepen your yoga practice or start a journey you’ve been yearning to embark upon and release stress and anxiety in the unspoilt, lush stillness of this pristine Yoga Retreat.

You will begin your first morning with a guided meditation, followed by a rejuvenating yoga session. After morning tea and a detox juice, we will continue the spiritual healing in the rainforest using an ancient Japanese practice called Shinrin-yoku or “Forest Bathing.”

Our rainforest experience concludes with a magical waterfall swim and a tasty lunch.

Experience the natural beauty in this breath-taking part of the world. Bodhi Yoga Retreats offers intimate weekend getaways for those that want an immersive yoga experience, led by experienced practitioners. This retreat also offers Tibetan singing bowl meditations, Qi Jong, Tai Chi, Shinrin-yoku and laughter yoga.

There are three healthy meals and a detox juice included each day, with herbal tea and tasty snacks available throughout the weekend.

Pranayama Breathing Class

Join us for a special pranayama class where we will take you through various breathing techniques to deepen your practice. Some of these techniques can be done at home to start your day, others you can do during your class practice. Once you start to understand the right breathing technique, this can create a huge impact to your thoughts and actions. Bear in mind that every thought can change your breath rhythm. If you master the “art of breathing”, you can easily understand self healing.
